hey,
i work at this cd-r place and i was going through the promotion forms that were mailed in...some people are so stupid its funny...the promotion was you buy a 100 CD spindle from us and send in the UPC thing from the box with form and we send you a label maker...
besides the obvious people that don't read the instructions and send in copies of the UPC code or none at all...
one guy sent a note saying he didn't want our "cheesy label maker" and he even used 2 20 cent stamps instead of a 33 cent stamp...hehe....
another guy sent everything in but wrote on the form, "why can't i just get it from the store, why the long way?" we're not a retail store...we sell them wholesale and circuit city is one of our customers...this promotion was through circuit city...
and another lady sent in the whole damn box instead of just the UPC code...haha
and also, when you guys send in your receipts or copies of receipts, you guys scratch out your credit card # right? i do at least...i noticed a lot of people leaving it in plain sight...
