stupid customers

I work for a bread company, im there afternoon vendor at the local supermarket. Customers can be so darn stupid. Like today, they were giving out free samples of yogurt. Well customers were leaving the plastic cup and forks on the shelf instead of throwing it away. That gross and plain rude and being plain lazy a**. Also how hard is it to put stuff back were from were you found it at. Id had some customer leave 3 cartons of eggs on my display of bread. The display was right next to the cooler that had all the eggs in it. How damn lazy can you be, how hard is it to take 2 steps to the left. open the cooler door and put the eggs back in the cooler. but no they leave the eggs right on top of my bread. I've seen people leave gallons of milk sitting on shelves, box of cera jammed into the bread shelves, packages of meat laying on the shelf.

yeah that is true, but come on if you got a package of hamburger meat, or steak meat or somekind of meat, there no reason to leave it on some shelf were it'll sit for a few hrs and become spoil. take it back to the meat cooler. I guess that to hard of a concept for these lazy people.

people are also complete fvcking morons

i often wonder how so many of them function in life

I leave stuff out because the store has low paid flunkies to put it away for me.
I hate lines in stores. I can't count the number of times I have left a cart full of groceries just sitting there as I walked out of the store because the check out line was too long.

that's because they are understaffed

applications are at customer service 😉

it same problem with people leaving grocery carts out in middle of the parking lot, instead of putting them away in those cart corals. One day i was workin, i was on break looking out the window. it was a windy day, the wind push this cart right into van, it hit the van pretty hard. it bounce back pretty good.

As my sister was entering her first day in college, we went grocery shopping for her. Bad Idea. It was labor day and some stupid provincial says there can only be 4 employees on the floor on days like these... 4 total in a supermarket, 3 at the registers one running around...
I've seen in that time alone 5 carts left full of stuff (including a few boxes of frozen goods) unbelievable how this law, made to protect convenience stores, has no effect but to make everyone very angry...

No offense meant but PLEASE stay far away from my store. Y'know why lines are usually long at my workplace (when they are...it's pretty rare)? Scheduling goofs. That or we're understaffed (which we usually are). If a customer has to wait in line here, it's because it's a bad time of day (just how many people do you expect our store to be allowed to schedule at the same time? Ever heard of hour budgeting?), because our office person has fudged up and had to catch up on everyone's breaks, or because we've lost some people and haven't found anyone else to do it.

And as far as the leaving $hit on the shelves comment, that's definitely not cool and is the same as shoplifting. If you destroy a product and don't reimburse the store or if you pick something up and walk out without paying, you're ripping that store off. End of story. Leaving a temperature sensitive item out in the middle of a non-cooled area is destroying that product and, if someone were dumb enough to pick it up and buy it, endangering that individual. Now, if you've only ever left temperature-indifferent items out, that's fine. I don't care about that...however, when I come in at 7AM and don't get a break 'til 1PM and walk out of my register to find a tub of icecream melted all over the candy display, that's not freaking cool...

OP, I'm with ya. I hate customers. Seems that as soon as people see an establishment in which the employees are uniformed (or underpaid, though I do NOT see the relevance my payscale has to the freaking general respect you give me), they go wild/retarded. No respect for items that aren't theirs until checkout, nor for the people who, believe it or not, bust their butts for that darn-near minimum wage they're getting paid. GRRR

people nowadays have a sense of entitlement and no responsibilities for themselves.

I've seen customers grab a package of cookies off the shelf, bootle water, and stuff, open them up start eating or drinking it before they got to the checkout lane.

LOL. He has so many garbled up sentences it's hard to understand. Add in some misspellings and you've got yourself an eye-ache.
