So they messed up all my personal information and loan information. They have my brother's new student loans in my credit report and my brother's SSN reported as my second SSN. I called and they couldn't resolve it for me. Apparently I have to write a letter to all 3 and buy all the credit reports to ensure that my information is not messed up.
I just got off the phone with a guy who couldn't speak any English trying to tell me what I already know. Experian just f**ked me in the ass. I can't wait to spend 40 bucks and 2 months of my time trying to resolve this mess.
Why can't they make sure the information is correct before putting it in my credit report?
