This happened today:

Whats the Admin password again? its X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X , right?? saying this in front of someone who should not know it.

 
Lady in another dept.: "I didn't accept stock from the company, because I didn't want to be like Martha Stewart." How dumb can you be.

"Mongolia? That's a country? I thought it was a type of beef." No, I am not joking.

VP of Ops asking me: "Do we need to have beneficiary name or account number when we send wires?" Die. Now.
