stupid car alarm

I went to slept at 3AM last night and got woken up by a stupid car alarm outside. It went off for like 30 minutes. Drove me crazy, wanted to call the cops but I don't know the non emergency #. It's not a ricer car. Some black dude with his 18 inch chrome rims on a POS.

It's OK to call 911. They usually handle dispatch. Just do the courtesy of ?saying this is not an emergency? right off the bat so they can hang up on you if they're busy.

There's one of those bad car alarms that falses all the time that "lives" on my street too. I hate that thing! It one of those obnoxious things that cycles through like 9 different siren types (like that one in the Snickers commercial) and then repeats. It repeats all the sounds 3 times and then finally, thankfully, turns itself off.
