stupid Bnet message

is REALM DOWN just another way of saying 'you have been banned for creating 1 game' or wtf does that mean?

It suppose to mean that the servers have exceeded capacity and no more ppl can log in for now.

But in some cases, when you're about to enter into a game but instead you get a "fail to join" message, you wind up getting booted off Bnet and you'll get the realm down message if you try to log back on right away.

why don't they have another server then? it's not like Blizzard is broke or anything, 50k for another server would not be a very big thorn in the ass

That message also pops up sometimes when you try to connect to BNet but have been cut-off locally.

no, if you are cut off localy it would not be able to connect to bnet at all and would display the message "unable to connect to bnet, go to this site for troubleshooting...."

but seriously, today alone i got that gay message over 30 times!!!!

um don't complain, its amazing they've kept it free instead of charging like everquest and stuff. just look how expensive webspace is..its just bad business to constantly upgrade servers for users that don't pay an upkeep fee. maybe they should have a permium service that charges
