my arctic cooler is wack. i hate it. my celeron 2 is at 45 degrees celc. 1.9v. i scratched theTIM s little bit. should i use that radio shck thermal paste?i think its made by archer or somthing
 
Sorry for asking, but do you have any thermal paste on it? 45 degrees was around where my CPU sat with an alpha before I applied thermal paste, good luck,

I wouldnt blame the fan for something that you are doing. Of course its going to be hot if you dont use paste between the chip and fan.
