Sounds like something out of Deus Ex. That's funny how the article says the jacket makes it hard to arrest the wearer. 😀
 
80,000 volts? My stun baton is 400,000. And i would imagine it would be pretty expensive going through 9-volt batteries everytime you used it to get to your car.
