I was reading some misc. crap and landed on TV articles at wikipedia.
Was reminded of something.
The very first televisions were in color.
They cost too much for anyone to buy. The next TV sets were monochrome to save money and they sold to the general public.

The plot twist was only revealed to Edward James Olmos. Not even the directors knew the plot twist. Olmos had to tell actors to not look at him during the shoot, for unexplained reasons. Except Colin Hanks of course.

The subway scenes in the Matrix movies weren't filmed in a subway.

They built a subway set on top of train tracks.

TIL Barbie doll real name is Barbara Millicent Rogers, way back in the introduction in 1959. She sure is a slim one, about 110 pounds for a 5'7" girl, about 35 lbs. underweight.
