Last summer I got a tour of a research facility that had a streak camera that recorded up to 20,000 frames/second. It was capturing the plasma from a rocket engine and the stuff is amazing.

Quick edit, but too late. The black helicopters have been deployed and will arrive at your place shortly.

Cool video

They once brought in high speed photography to watch what was happening during the forging of connecting rods that wasn't allowing us to transfer them from station to station.
It cost $15K for 4 hours of work.

It was cool and proved out my theory about the cause.

You're experiencing a glitch in the Matrix - this has been reported to the proper authorities. They are using a camera that's so fast it can record the electrons entering and leaving your ethernet port like yellow jackets flying in and out of a busy nest.

Apparently the glitch is slowing down your connection. :Q
