I placed an order from an online vendor, and I selected two day FedEx. I placed it the Friday after Thanksgiving, so I figured it wouldn't ship that day, but would surely go out Monday or today. Not so, apparently I had to call and "verify" my CC info with them, which consisted of me reading the card numbers and giving them both my billing and shipping address. Nevermind that I'd already done that when I purchased my items online, or that I was never told to call. I called because I was tired of waiting for a shipping notice, and wanted to find out what was going on. I consider that to be terrible customer service. You don't wait for a Customer to contact you regarding a snag in their order -- you become preemptive and call them or e-mail them and explain what they can do to expedite the shipping.
