Study: Frequent Drinking Can Help Heart

College geeks are often about lots of quantity, the article mentioned a little is good, enough to kill a horse.... probably not good.

That has been known for quite some time. Little bits of alcohol has a ton of benefits. My dad's doctor even prescribed a wine a day for my dad to help with his heart problems. The only thing I can possibly see that is new in that article is that it said the source of alcohol didn't matter (and you'd have to be really dumb to think alcohol from one source is different than alcohol from another source).

Like all things in life though - everything is benefitial in small quanitites. Become an alcoholic and sure you probably won't have to worry about your heart (but watch out for your liver, and throat, and other parts).
