Study abroad in Shanghai?

So I found out today that my graduate program (Georgia Tech, Electrical Engineering) is offering classes in Shanghai this summer. It would be a 2 month program, and the price isn't bad at all. As far as far away countries (outside the greater N. America) I've been to Fiji, Israel, and Italy but nothing over in the East. What's it like there? How do the girls treat the American boys? 😛
