I'm working on a short animated movie and rather than looking for voice over talent, I'd rather just do it myself by using a voice changer. I thought there would be plenty to choose from, but the ones I've tried so far suck. Laggy and poor quality.

Can anyone recommend me some real-time voice changing software that is stable in Vista, and will produce realistic, natural sounding voice output? I don't want to sound like some 1980s voice synthesizer.

The software I have tried:
MorphVox
AV Voice Changer Software

Both of these bite goat balls in terms of stability and quality. If there is something open source, I'd prefer that.

you would probably do better to post about this on the kvraudio forum, just google it

Yeah I might have to check out some audio forums...I was hoping that there was a common program that does this well, and I just didn't know about it.
