I feel badly for the "good kids" who didn't participate in this crap, but will be paying the price either by higher rent or evictions or curfews or whathaveyou.

This is simply a case of intoxicated, ignorant, immature individuals not having enough morals or common sense to knock it off or just LEAVE before things got out of hand.

And so the disease spreads. I hope they crack down good on these idiots. Curfew and civil damages lawsuits sounds like a good start.

If you want to do beer bongs full of Tequilla and smoke pot, fine and dandy, but control yourself for cryin' out loud. :|
