The victim has come out and said that she did not take his Nintendo.
The assaulter had three prior misdemeanor battery charges on his juvenile record.

I'm not sure that matters. The kid had some reason for attacking her, and whatever it is it wasn't justification.

Fault of everyone in congress, senate and the while house post 1945 who did not actively pursue single payer healthcare with major mental health priority.
Your boys are certainly not innocent.
Mental healthcare in this country has gone downhill since Reagan allowed hospitals to turn patients out into the streets, Covid further accelerated the problem.
That's exactly what I was going to mention...Ronnie essentially closing 'Asylums' all across the country and minimizing the need for mental healthcare. That was likely the most damaging instance, though conservatives have definitely done damage outside of Reagan in the years prior and since.

The only time they ever mention it is shifting blame when gun violence occurs and it's a white person who committed it. And then they proceed to do nothing about mental healthcare. They only use it as a scapegoat to deflect from the issue of gun violence.

Also I find the response of this forum odd.

When you become capable of understanding the difference between a small child, and a older teenager who is already larger and stronger than most adult men... let us know. Maybe then we can have a conservation based in reality.
