stuck with pc133 sdram for an a7v133?

First, with the rig you have in your signature, why are you futzing around with a SDR Athlon system? :Q

Second, yes, SDR is the best you will get for that board unless you can actually find some VC-SDRAM. It is slightly better than regular SDRAM but not significantly so. I never bothered with it when I was using SDR Athlon boards. Just find some of the good Mushkin or Corsair PC133 and you'll be good to go.

my poor a7v133 is sitting with 512 MB PC100 SDRAM in it not being used (the processor was an tbird 850)... now swaped up to a new mobo and ddr...MUCH faster with new ram (despite the processor speed increase)

waitin for the right vid card from monarchcomputer for the 3.0, i'm sorta new to futzing around with comps in general so i use my old system and throw that against a wall instead
