Stuck Pixel?

Suddenly, this morning, a small white spot has appeared on my monitor, (Dell 1901FP). I'm assuming it is a stuck pixel. I've run a few of the online pixel tests but they come back negative. Meaning there aren't any stuck or deal pixels. Also, this small white spot is only visible when I am on the desktop screen, which is the Windows XP default. On any other screen/site, the white spot is nowhere to be found. So, just what is this spot then?
