Stuck on bios screen

Can you guys help me? I've never had this problem before but when I boot up it'll go to the bios and I can enter the bios but it doesn't go past that it just stays on the bios screen. I've tried setting the bios to default and clearing the cmos and taking out the battery, removing the power plug and all the drives etc with no luck.

Sounds like a wrecked ROM. Did you recently flash to a new BIOS (or try to)?

nope haven't done or tried to

well i flashed it and it flashed fine but same thing

It sounds like it is not booting, can it boot to a floppy or a cd?

nope it just detects the drives and sits there, the board is an epox kl-133m for reference

How can you flash it without booting to something?

Does it lock up if you just leave it sitting in the bios?
