Stuck on a case decision

Ok, so now that ive decided to expand my budget on a case (if im going to do it right, then i need to open up to better solutions) ive come across 3 cases that i love, but i cant decide between

Case1

Case 2

Case 3

Basically, i love the look of the Trinity (case 1) and the cooling it provides, but then again, im absolutely struck in awe at how good the Raidmax looks (case 2, it reminds me of alienware cases).
***The only problem i have with the raidmax is it only has 2 fans (both 120mm, one in front, one in back) and im not sure if thats enough cooling power.... any comments on that?**
Then theres the Thermaltake (case 3). the looks are all right (nothing to write home about) but in terms of good cooling and room, i like it.

Does anyone have any suggestions, comments, reccomendations on these cases?

i wasnt sure because of the potential dead spots of air (mainly towards the top), that and there would be no cool air directly hitting the CPU (no side window intake), and the fact ill be overclocking pretty majorly

but if those are unfounded concerns, then it looks like ive found my case

Two 120mm fans are good. If you get really extreme on your overclocking, then you'd be going to water cooling at least, so don't worry about airflow. If you are using air cooling, then you aren't an extreme overclocker. 😛

trinity is nice - not as gaudy as most of that ilk, but I don't care for sidesadlle HD bays. They tend to block too much air flow.

Raidmax samurai is too gaudy for me plus they have a rep for flimsy construction and poor packaging so shipping damage rate is high.

The only thing I've heard about the Tsunami is that the metal seems kind of flimsy for a case that costs that much.

Coolermaster and Silverstone both have some nice cases that don't seem so flimsy. Not to mention the new Antec P180...

silverston temjin tj06. its a beautiful case and its rock solid, not to mention 2 120 mm fans in the wind tunnel and an 80 mm fan intake. i am adding a 92 mm fan above the pci slots for and exhasut fan for the video card.

The airflow in the TJ06 and the other cases built on the same design (Aerocool Spiral Galaxies and the Enermax whatchamacallit) is all screwed up IMO. Some of the other SSTs are more rational.

If you seriously don't have a defined budget (you were looking at the Samurai which was $130) - look at the Coolermaster WaveMaster. They're coming out with a WaveMaster II also 😛.

i wanna stay under $150

o, and just because im a huge xbox modder (the kind of people who want windows and lights) the case i get needs a side window, thats my only stipulation

other then that, throw cases at me and ill check em out

Also, the case needs to be from xoxide, as im doing a bulk order of things from them, so i wanna order the case with the rest of it (fans, lights, heatsink, fan controllers, etc)

One more thing, it cant be a huge ass tower case, i wanna try to keep it under 20 inches tall ( which is like 500mm or so)

well after looking at more cases i still think im going to stick with the ThermalTake Tsunami.

The only question i had was this.....

I do love the NZXT Trinity, but my only beef with it is the door opens to the right, which wouldnt work at all with the way my desk is set up (and relocating the tower isnt an option)

does anyone know of a surefire way to switch the door around, or is it pretty much not possible/feasible ??

just to finish this topic completely

i ended up getting the Logisys Phantom Case from xoxide (along with a bunch of other stuff) as it has a good look without being to tacky, and i had a unexpected restraint of money, so it was a good bargain.
