As stated above, I can't get windows to load above an FSB of 345 no matter how much voltage i give to the CPU (didnt try over 1.5v tho).
Any ideas? ram is Cellshock DDR2-1000 running at 1:1 ratio on 4-4-4-12 timings.
CPU temp never go over 50 Celsius so that can't be the problem.
Anyone got any tips?
