Stuck Molex connector on Motherboard

New build jinxed by dead PSU, thought I'd give it one more try before sending it back. The MB is an Abit KN8 & it uses a 4-pin molex but upon attempted removal it won't budge. It's like it's locked in place. I've pulled & wiggled it until I'm blue in the fingers & scared I'll damage the board. Would freezing it with air duster help? Anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions welcome.

EDIT: Solved. The freeze worked. I'm giving up on this Enermax before it destroys the entire build
