If you are at the place with the bridge that gets raised then you have to shot the block out from under the wheel of the lorry trailer on the other side of the bridge, so that it'll slide back and crash into the bridge and lower it..

cross using the bardge to the other side, there is a fence right? on the other side of the fence there is a trailer, under the tire of the trailer there is a block, shoot the block and the trailer will crash into the bridge bringing it down.

man i was stuck at that part for a long time hehe
yeah they're right, shoot the block out and the trailer crashes into the bridge knocking it down
for the longest time, i kept trying to cross over the fence by walking along the top of the fence

after you pick them up in the vault, just walk up to the door and hit the use button
