Stuck in GTA 4

I just killed Playboy X and am around 60% completion yet I have nothing to do. No one appears on my map and I can only call Brucie, Dwayne, Little Jacob, Packie, or Kate for non-mission related stuff. Also, Kate doesn't answer the phone.

What can I do?

sometimes the phone call missions take a bit to pop up.. u might be waiting on one of those.... not sure though.

I have the walk-through, but haven't a clue where it currently is.

If memory serves me though, after killing Playboy did you get the detective missions from the third island yet?

Try going to a safehouse and going to sleep a couple of times. It'll advance a couple of hours ingame, and sometimes thats all you need to get a new mission.
