stuck in doom 3

ok, I just got to ride the monorail, and now I need to manually open the airlock door. the problem is, I get to the room where I can open the door, and discover that I need a code to open it...
what is this code?
I've tried listening to all the recent audio logs I've gotten, and I've looked around for secret doors and such to no avail.
the only thing I can think of is if the guy hiding in the monorail told me and i just forgot.
either way, I'd be very thankful if someone could give me the right code and/or how to get it.

oh, and I know this isn't the best place for this post, but I couldn't find a d3 forum where I didn't have to register to view posts.

OTHER walkthrough - it's almost finished (3 levels to go)

. . . i finished doom iii last week and sold it already . . . unfortunately there is no replay value.

this was the FIRST game i didn't need a walkthrough . . . it is SO linear
(when you hit a "dead end" look for a "hole" to crouch into; an odd way to get "up" or just "backtrack" - i think that covers 90+% of it)

826 is the code for that airlock. I hate these numbered codes that aren't always easily findable unless you listen to a bunch of lame 3 minute long "blah, blah, blah, ending with.. and the code is 826" :roll:

I finished the game tonight. W00t! I took a week off from it when I became hopelessly stuck. Boy, did I feel dumb when I got unstuck. lol

Got stuck 3 times, 2 times hard stuck, and I am fairly good at most FPS games.

And I disagree with the previous guy about replayability. I now want to play the unlocked Nightmare difficulty. I beat Q3 on Nightmare so I must do it on this game too. And the online game gives it more replayability but they need to patch it already to lessen the grenade damage and add more spawn points so that losers don't just camp on spawn sites... yeah, lots of skill there. lol

Overall I think this game was worth the wait and I can't wait to see what games are built using this engine. :thumbsup:

Doom3 will have massive replayability once total conversion mods start coming out. I'd feel retarded if I sold my copy.
