Stuck in Batman AC in side challenges..

So beat the main story and am working through the side challenges. Just met Bane and am looking for the 6 titan containers. The first I went after was at the steel mill.

The titan container was right near the entrance but it didn't do much when I walked up to it. So I got the impression I needed to get something further into the mill (this may or may not have been mistake #1). I went all the way through the mill and fought some pretty big groups of guys (which made me think going further wasn't a mistake).

I got all the way down the freight elevator and got the upgraded freeze bomb thing and now I don't know where to go. It seems as if I've explored all the stuff but didn't find any more Titan related stuff. Now I can't even figure out how to get out of the steel mill. I can get almost all the way back to the entrance floating on a self made ice raft but there are no more round hoops to use to batclaw my way to the entrance.

I'm obviously missing something but am getting frustrated trying to figure it out.

When you find a Titan container, spray the explosive foam on it and detonate it. That's all you need to do when you come across these.

Well shit, I was worried it would be something like this. At least I got the new upgraded artic bomb.

But I still need to know how the hell to get out of the mill.

I got the artic bomb last thing. I had no idea i beat the main story line. The % complete it shows i thought was for just the main story line. lol

Any ideas?? If I can't figure out how to get out I guess I'll have to try and find a way to revert back to a previous save.
