Stuck between 2 VGA coolers

Hey, I have a 9800pro and I figured out it was the loudest component in my system. Anyway, from the looks of things I think these 2 are the same, but I'm just wondering if anyone out there have used either and which they would recommend?

Was installation easy? How do you RIP the old heatsink off your card without potentially damaging it? It looks dangerous.

Argh!!!! Not THAT one plz.. Better get some Zalman or Termalright 90 something.. dunno how its called. These will cool it down even more.. better bang for the buck. Besides.. these things have the nasty habbit to quit workin after a few months..
