Stuck at 1.55 ghz (10x155) help me!

I am running an iwill kk266 plus-r mobo w/ 1.33 ghz tbird ahjay (or whatever) with 512 mb of pc166 ram. Got a swiftech mc462 w/ 42 cfm fan. Full load temp is 107 F and case temp full load is 75 F. Oc'd at 1.85 vcore 10x155. No matter what I do, be it FSB or multiplier OC I cant get it past 1.55. What can i do to go farther?!?
 
There is not guarantee in O/Cing. 200 Mhz free sound good. U might have hit ur limit w/ ur current setup.
Limitations could be due to a lot of things. A bad CPU is one, PSU wattage is another. There r many. It really a trial & error thing
