Does anybody know where I can find an strptime that works correctly in windows???
Correctly in this case means "like it does on Linux". When compiled and linked on windows it sh|ts itself when trying to parse a string with julian days (%j).
This is a neverending problem - I've had similar issues with python code. I finally found a pure python implementation of strptime that I use if the code has to go to windows.
