Option 1) 12v Molex to 12V 6Pin Adapter ~4$
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=1nb2flhf7thhq

Option 2)

Get something like a 6670 (pretty sure they dont use a power cord)
Maybe even some versions of a 6750.

here: (strongest card without power connector)
PowerColor Go! Green HD6750 1GB GDDR5 (Dirt3 Edition)

Info : http://www.powercolor.com/global/products_features.asp?id=361#Specification

Buy it here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131449

its around 139$ and is the fastest card you can get without a 6pin power connector.
its also passive, so it makes 0 noise! completly quiet graphics card.
And comes with a Dirt3 code (free game)

also this card will be safe to use with your PSU @ 380w.
Where as if you get a much more powerfull one, you ll need to buy a new PSU as well.

I've been using a 6850 for bitcoin, with a 6yr old 400W power supply. It didn't make any fuss, but I still felt it was a bit of a stretch.

Get a new PSU, you can get a CX430 for $25 or so if you jump on the periodic Newegg rebates.

Seriously, that is a waste of your money. You can get a nice psu AND a better gpu for that much.

For a new purchase, I wouldn't go less than 500W. Nothing wrong with the CX500, and it comes with two 6+2 pin plugs.

I've had no problems with the CX430 model, running 2600K + GTX 560, however, it just doesn't give much headroom for the future.
