Haven't had any for a long time but my wife started eating one occasionally for a snack. Initially I gave her a hard time but I tried it and now I have one a couple of times a week

Two big thumbs up for string cheese, with the only criticism being that it leaves you with awful breath.

String cheese owns, I ate a lot of it when I was leaning up and on a low carb diet. That and almonds were my go to snacks.

Nay bc cost is too high. Gotta be smart with your dollars. "Fun" cheese is not smart.

I vote: Meh... which probably means Nay, since I couldn't even be bothered.

It's somewhat portable, so I guess it's convenient. Other than that, there's little reason for it to exist. It's just mozzarella, maybe with extra salt. If I'm going to snack on some cheese, it's more likely to be a nice sharp cheddar or something other than what I melt on top of pizza.

Aldi sometimes gets smoked gouda sticks. I always stock up when they get them in. They haven't had it in awhile though :^(

Ahhh yes cheese strings, those things were the best in school lunches. Have not had any since then though, I'm kinda curious to try some now and see if I still enjoy them.

As to whether or not they're actually real cheese that is a whole other story. :p

Lol yeah we use those too, typically for grilled cheese. I don't think it would be the same without that specific type of cheese, though I've never tried a grilled cheese with real cheese so it may actually be better if you can get it to melt the same way.
