stretch a taskbar across 2 screens

I am using a Radeon 8500 with dual display setup. It works find with hydravision but the problem is window task bar will not stretch across to the second dispaly.

Do I need any speical program to do that?

Ultramon doesn't technically stretch the window task bar, but it does create a 2ndary task bar across the bottom of your 2nd display. It will display only the 2nd monitor's apps on it.
