Stress test video

What do you all use to stress test your video and or cpu overclocks? I use BOINC client for temperature tests, but it does not report memory access errors or CRC error log. Ideally I am looking for an app which loads cpu/gpus to 100% load and does a long calculation, then compares the result to a known value and reports if computational or memory errors have occures as a result of non-matching computation results...

Think occt can check for memory errors,but only on nvidia cards?cant remember.these days i just loop various benchmarks and play games to test my gpu overclocks.
 
Linx (linpack) for the cpu + coretemp or realtemp Bios/fsb Oc

Kombustor (furmark) for the gpu + gpuz Biosflash/afterburner Oc
