Streets and Trips run disc...can I keep it on my HD

I have have Streets & Trips from MS Works Suite 2002. Is it possible to some keep the run disc info on my hard drive to keep my CD-ROM free.

I'm not sure how to do this...I suppose I need to make an img of the disc or something...a little help please.

I simply copied the contents of the CD into a directory on my laptop's HD, and then installed Streets & Trips from there. Works fine for me... I don't have to carry the CD around (and more importantly the CDROM drive!) when I want to find directions.
