I just found the idea of crips and bloods sitting at a negotiating table kinda odd.

SO how long do people really think something like this is gonna last?

I guess any truce is better than no truce

btw- I did a search so neener neener!

Interesting. I remember reading a few years back that the Hatfields and the McCoys also "buried the hatchet" (and not in each others' heads). I guess if there's hope for these two famous rivalries, there's hope for the rest of the world also. :)

this is really good news. i can only imagine the relief of the community, so this is really good news for them.

What, Newwark? I doubt they'll notice. :D

New Jersey City=New Jersey?

Well, true, I should have put Newark, but I wanted to keep it simple for the geographically challenged. ;)

Newark is a WORLD of difference from NYC. It has been improving over the last few years, but I think its still rated the most violent city in the country. I was there a few months ago, and for the first time I actually didn't feel unsafe during my stay.
