X-Play caught up with Street Fighter IV producer Yoshi Ono for an interview and in addition to all the great details you'll get in the segment on tonight's all-new episode of X-Play at 8PM ET, we've got some major news for you:

We have a good idea on a release window for the United States launch of the home versions of Street Fighter IV, which will hit the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

In the interview, X-Play asked him when the game would be coming out in the United States, to which Mr. Ono replied:

"There is no official North American arcade release, so we kind of feel bad that you guys have to wait for it. That's why we're trying to get it to you as soon as possible. Before the Japanese have a really long period of time to get really good at it first and totally kick your butt online?We don't want to start rumors that it's this year, but definitely this winter. At some point you'll be sitting in you winter coat looking at snow out the window?and right then we'll kind of heat you up a little with some hot street fighter action so look forward to that."

I've always heard speculation of February but omg I can't wait. I'm also gonna get one of those nice madcatz SF4 sticks.
 
Yay! If I have the money, I'll be getting either the 360 or PS3 version plus an arcade stick. For some reason, I'm just expecting the PS3 version to play better, but I have absolutely nothing to base that on. 😀
