Streamyx to server directly

Hi sifus,

I have a streamyx billion modem connected straight to my server lan card.My server 2nd lan card is connected to a gigabit switch.
The gigabit switch is connected to a switch with pc..Each time i off the gigabit switch and turn it back on,all the pcs' are unable to connect to the internet using proxy..

Then i have to restart the server again..is there any command to refresh the proxy?
