Streaming Video problem

im having a weird problem with streaming video , whenever i use WMP 10 or Realplayer for .rm files the video loses lots of frames , looking like a slideshow, oddly enough the audio of said videos comes thru very sharp and without stuttering.

anyone know why this might be happening?

i even try to cache the entire file and the problem stays the same , so it cant be my net connection.

PS. sorry for my spelling , English is not my 1st language.
