Streaming software like Steam Link?

Looking to run games on RTX3080 PC but play on my laptop. Steam Link does exactly this for games on Steam. I've got Cyberpunk 2077 on GOG and want to stream it like Steam Link would.

Windows appears to have something built in and there is Parsec, what should I use?

Turns out Steam Link works even on non Steam games so Steam Link for the win.

Cyber Punk did give me a little trouble because Steam Link used the path to GOG Galaxy instead of the game itself.
