Streaming PC Games

Thought it might be nice to be able to stream my PC games. Anyone use any of the services out there? Any reviews for or against certain streaming apps would be appreciated.

The main services are UStream, Own3d, Justin.tv, Livestream and Xfire.
UStream and Own3d are probably the two best.
Livestream is probably one of the simplest to get up and running using their procaster software.

most people/sites seem to recommend VHSscrcap - don't listen to this. use SCFH DSF. it's much better and far easier to use
