What do I need to look for in a receiver? What is DNLA? What sort of app for Wi-Fi streaming do I need for my phone?

all you need is a DLNA uPnP ap to do it assuming your AVR is DLNA capable, its its networkable it should be

This one shows Wi-Fi, but doesn't specify DNLA.
