Streaming Internet Radio

I downloaded and purchased Super MP3 recorder professional which I use to record BBC7 so I can listen to it at my leisure. It worked for a while and then it stopped. That is, it still records, but when I listen to it, there is no sound, although I can hear other MP3 files created by other applications. The vendor has not been helpful, only suggesting that STEREO be clicked off, but this is not an option on any of the application's screens. If you can suggest a way I can get this working again, I would appreciate it.
