Streaming Fast Build

I'm going to do live streaming audio/video to 100 people across the globe and record it as MP4 to the local drive. Looking for a sweet case that has USB 3.0 at the front. I'd like it to look nice, and be able to sit on the top of my big desk preferably. And I'd like it to have 5.25 inch bay for a DVD/CD burner, unless there is a crazy good case that has no 5.25" bays.

Already have LCD, Mouse, Keyboard, AC Router, AC USB dongle and Webcam and Mic.

Can you recommend a build of parts? Around $900.

-Current idea I have-
SAMSUNG 950 PRO M.2 512GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive
Intel Core i5-6500 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1151 65W
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000)
EVGA 220-G2-0650-Y1 80 PLUS GOLD 650W ECO

Thank you.

An I5 6400 saves you a few bucks, and paired with an H110 board, you'll have plenty of budget left for the rest..

What brand Z170 Board would be optimal?( ITX, mATX or ATX)
I'd do appreciate boards with built in Bluetooth 4.2 and WIFI AC/N but I'm fine to use USB adapters as required.

Thank you!
I love that it has Bluetooth 4.2, Wifi AC, great audio and M.2!

If my current ISP gives 5 Mpbs upload so could I connect the Dual Lan to this router:

Would there be an advantage in stable, high speeds vs just using AC wireless from the mobo to push the audio/video signal to the webinar online hosting that people link in to.

My sense is that AC Wifi or plugging in a single LAN ethernet cable to the router, would top out at the 5 Mbps upload from the ISP.

I've done webcasts, streaming on G wireless with few to no issues but now I'm seeking the best wired and wireless solutions, to have both optimized depending on where the PC is placed in the home/office.

I'm open to adding $$ to the budget if there a part to gain performance with.

Ok, thank you.

Do you have a different router in mind, that performs better?

Are there any mATX cases that are awesome with a solid mATX board? Considering that style of build now.

Might be better to rent some server space. At a house the biggest bottleneck is Internet service speed and dependability. Storing things on a hosting service might make it faster. If you don't want to go that route having faster internet service and a gigabyte router might be nice.
