Streaming audio from my office PC

so I need to record my meeting with my clients (they have full knowledge and acceptance) and stream that live recording from my office PC (which is in the same room as the meeting) to a computer in our other office across town.

so obviously there are three parts: 1) recording the audio (some sort of microphone that can hook into the computer), 2) software that picks up the audio/records it, and 3) something that allows me to stream it to the other office computer.

anybody that can help?

thanks!

Not exactly streaming, but you can look into a remote access application for the computer in the other office. That way the people in the other office would remote into your desktop and see what you see. Most have settings on them that you can prevent the connecting computer from actually doing anything other than what you want them to do, so you wouldn't need to worry about them accessing files you didn't want them to see.

hmm...what about the mic and software?

to be honest, it doesn't even really need to be live so I wouldn't mind if the audio just recorded and then i can connect to the computer and stream the files whenever i wanted

it would need to be voice activated too...i don't want to have to hit record for every meeting since we don't use this room for anything but meetings

Why do you need to stream the audio? Can you not simply copy the audio file?
