Straw or No Straw?

If it's a fast food type place with disposable cups I usually get a lid and straw. If it's a little more upscale place with real glasses, then I don't.

Well, that depends on if there's ice in the drink. If so, then I prefer a straw, if not then I'd rather just drink it from the cup.

Unless its water, I get a straw. My reasoning is if I'm drinking a soda for example, a straw shoots the fluid right down my throat whereas drinking it straight from the cup will cause the fluid to run over my teeth, making them yellow and more cavity-prone. No scientific evidence to prove this...just my own personal view.

I've always thought this too...especially when my teeth would be sensitive. Anything sugary would make it hurt.

No straw for me, my teeth are pretty sensitive to cold so I use to use a straw to avoid that but I tend to drink a lot of soda when I do so I've gone without straws these days so I slow down. I love soda but its not too healthy 🙁
