Strange XP problem - Click-through in email won't anymore!

Ok, I have never done anything to set things this way. I use to be able to read my email in Outlook, and then if there was a web addy to click through to, I could click it and it would bring up my default brower (Opera) and load the page... now I get this strange message:

"THis operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

What happened? And how can I change it back? I am the only person that uses this computer.

id maybe try reinstalling opera, maybe its crapping out when the link is clicked. also try making internet explorer your default browser, if it loads the link fine in internet explorer, then you know its opera causing the error. if those dont fix it, check your options in outlook. thats all i can think of. good luck dood.
