The procedure entry point GetDllDirectoryW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
This resulted from the following activity:
Took an old barebones PII400 PC, nuked and paved the 20GB disk, installed XPpro on it, installed a couple of IIS components, and then tried to install TweakUI for XP. It was when I clicked the TweakUI installer that I got this message.
Now, I have installed TweakUI for XP numerous times and never had a problem. Of course, I never played with IIS components either, so I wonder if enabling some of these IIS components may have done something to the system (KERNEL32.dll, for instance) to cause this problem.
This PC has only been on the net for drivers from the respective hardware manufacturers (no email, surfing, etc.) so I doubt it picked up an unfriendly. Anyone see this message before? Might I have to nuke & pave again?
And no, I have not installed SP1 or 2, but I could.
