Interesting call I had today.
User clicks Start, Programs.. And doesn't have her Accessories menu any more.
I checked in C:\Docs & Settings\All users and it was right where it belonged. Just wouldn't show up in the actual menu.
I made a new folder in there called Accessories2 and copied the same links into it and that showed up fine in the Start menu.
I then deleted the Accessories folder and took the 2 off the new one and ten it vanished from the Start menu again. I put the 2 back on the end and then it reappeared and worked normally.
Ever seen that before? I was stumped.
