Strange XP device manager probs...

Clean installed XP and SP1 on my new p4p800c-deluxe.
looked in device manager and it showed me as having TWO cpus [p4-2.6c] - dxdiag says the same..... WHY?

Also alll my usb sockets work and show up as ok, but device manager also ? a usb hub......

Any ideas, guys?
