Strange Windows XP Login

I just reinstalled Windows XP Professional, and the login screen for XP is much different than the usual XP login screen, and I want to get it back to normal. The way that it looks now is: Login Screen . I'm sure I did something to it, and I just want to go back to the normal login. This is what I want to change it back to: Desired Login
 
Start->Settings->Control Panel->User Accounts->Change the way users log on or off ->Use the welcome screen
 
The latter piccy is funny. Why did somone blur the login name yet not enough to render it illegible?
